Why should I accept becs? Receiving trade is a great way to gain new business you normally wouldn’t have had. It allows you to utilize excess inventory, space or time and turn it into something useful. This new revenue can be used for all sorts of things; like advertising or maintenance, to things for your personal life, like dental or vacations. What is unique about Bec Global? We have researched the industry to find and implement the best ways to provide a risk free, secure and fair trade exchange for our members. One thing that distinguishes us from other exchanges is that we give our members the option of paying us our fees in becs instead of cash. Do becs expire? No, like cash, becs do not expire and will be saved in your account for when you want to use them. What if I can not find the things that I need? We would not guarantee that we can help you trade for everything you need, but we will do our best to look for companies that offer what you are looking for. Referring businesses to us is the easiest way to help us find what you are looking for. Is Bec Global responsible for the goods and services offered by members of exchange? No, we encourage our members to let us know of any problems so that we can find solutions. If businesses do not deliver high quality products and service the same way as they would in the cash world, they may be removed from the community. Can I sell products/services that are not part of my business, for example; a used car, used furniture, etc.? Yes, like in the cash world, you can sell anything that you like, but you need to sell products and service at market value. Does everything need to be sold at 100% becs? No, but there are set rules that are followed by all of our members. All services including the food and beverage industry and accommodations are all 100%. In cases where there are parts or materials needed, they will need to be purchased with cash. Retail items in a store are 50% in cash and 50% in becs. The percentages for Suppliers like construction materials, restaurants supplies, etc. can range between 10% and 50% depending on the margins in that industry. How do I know that products and services are sold at fair market value? Like in the cash world prices can vary from business to business, but Bec Global members need to sell their products and services at the same regular rate as they would in cash. Discounted rates do not apply, products and services are normally sold at the regular retail rate. Businesses that do not follow these rules may be removed from the community. How does taxes work with Bec Global? It is handled in the same way as money, we suggest you check with your accountant.
